Ads/Sponsoring advice needed

Ive looked at very supposedly helpful forum posts about how to sponsor games or run ads and for some reason every ad or sponsor i put out always have something around 0.015 or so CTR. apparently CTR is the most important stat and that you need at least 1% - 1.00 CTR for your ad/sponsor to be worth something and worth running. and some people get 2-3.00 on their CTR and i just dont understand? am i not doing the days right? am i not putting enough robux in? am i not doing the length of the sponsor correctly or what. i just dont get it.

And back in the old days of like… 2011-2014 i used to get very good CTR ( images below )without even knowing anything about ads at all so i dont understand what im doing wrong now that im actually trying to do it correctly…?

Now a days people expect more quality ads so you should upgrade your ad quality.

the newer ads were professionally made lol… theyre good quality. the one ones with better CTR were not.

It could be due to a couple of things;

  • The time/day you uploaded it either more people were also advertising, meaning yours could’ve been lost somewhat to many people, or a lot of people weren’t on Roblox (i.e. asleep/school/online classes).
  • The game isn’t currently the genre most people are after right now, meaning less interest and people feeling no need to even click it.
