I’ve been working on a horror obby game called “Run From Amaya” for past few days, while working on the game, at the other hand I was also improving the killers/monsters/enemies artifical intelligence! In the game, killers can crawl to the vents, break pallets that players pulled infront of them!
Even tho game includes parkours and puzzles, I’m also aiming for a gameplay like Granny and Hello Neighbor!
Here’s a footage of me testing the AI (everything you see in the video is early stage, chase music is from Hello Neighbor Prototype, the chase music will be replaced with a new one in final!)
This is awesome!!! I like how smooth the chasing is since when I make AI/NPC pathfinding stuff, the chasing is a bit wonky (possibly because I use a longer task.wait() for looping).
Really like its line of sight system too.
Imagine this in a full horror house with the graphics too. Now imagine it in first-person…
