That looks like your browser may be blocking it. What does it say when you hover over it? If so it may say something like “The connection was reset”, or something along the lines of that.

The connection reset error image looks like this:

That’s the error I get on my school computer because they block ads.

Seems like a Roblox issue though, due to the custom error popup.

I believe that’s a browser issue then?
I made a new account and can see them fine.

relatable

That’s not custom, it’s the original Edge’s failed screen. I think that they’re having something block it poorly.

Ads work in all the other areas of the Roblox website though

Can you hover over the error icon and tell me what it says>

Ads don’t appear to be loading on any page now - there’s just blank space where they are meant to be:

Asking around, quite a few of my friends are experiencing this issue as well, including someone who just put 20k on an ad for it not to be showing up on the website.

Hi thanks for the report. The ads seems to work just fine for me, tested on different browsers. Are you still experiencing the issue?

Yeah, Roblox updates and stuff yet it never fixes. The long ad on the right also doesn’t work when I go into a game’s page too. I don’t think it’d be any anti-viruses causing it because it’d most likely block all the ads instead of certain ones. Ads will also work in other websites so there’s absolutely nothing interfering with it.

Thanks for the reply. I filed a ticket to our internal database.

This issue is happening again for me, except on many pages of the website and I would like to know if it’s just my browser or not (I’m using Google Chrome).

I am able to reproduce this issue on the latest Firefox version. It’s crucial to note that this issue does not occur when I am logged out or logged into a different account. It is an account-specific issue with ads not being served.

I am still reproducing this issue, and I wonder if ads have been invisibly appearing or whether other users have had their ads get zero impressions without a refund.

Yeah, for over a couple months it’s been STILL going on. But do you use the Norton anti-virus?

I don’t understand how this is related, but no. I use McAfee and Malwarebytes.

Here’s an image emphasizing my current issue:

Issue seems to have been resolved for me as of today.

@RefusalMan Are you still experiencing this issue?

Yes, it has been resolved! I never knew advertisements were that valuable although I hardly click on them. It makes the website feel more alive now lol
