So after depositing my last 24 ad credits, and making a campaign, and then trying to make some ad-sets, roblox just grays out the submit button, then I added 20 more ad credits to my balance, because i believe the bug occurs since roblox don’t let you create more ad-sets with a balance of 0, but the issue still persists after adding 20 more credits, I really need to submit these ads fast. Still after 20 minutes its greyed out…
Expected behavior
I expect the submit button to be blue and let me submit by ad-set
Strange, after 30 minutes time it started working again. I don’t understand why you need to have ad coins to make ad sets, would it not make sense that you cannot create ads without a payment method, but ad-sets are essentially free. Its a bit strange that if you spend all your ad credits on a campaign and then it don’t let you create more ad-sets because your out of balance.
I am having this exact issue, I’ve had a payment on file already and I’m still unable to make additional ad sets. I’m pissed as to why there is no explanation for this and I can’t target the player demographic I want now.
