Hello! I was wondering of great ways to advertise a roblox group! I have already tried Group Recruting Plaza but I was wondering if there are any other ways other then that and normal advertising.

to advertise your group you can join popular groups and mark on the wall or else you create an ad and print with robux

Hello! I do not recommend advertising for your group. If you do not have it well thought out, Also yesterday I lost all my earnings in my group, DevStudios, But I did not have any profit whatsoever

Go in other groups like yours be active and boom
I would say join groups, make allies using affiliates
Doing so will benefit both, ur group and the allied one by members. I agree GR plaza is not-so-helpful now but such hangouts come in handy
NEVER lure players saying u give out free robux unless you legitimately can.
Another way is to have amazing group games, merch in store which could get attention

I run a group of my own, and I have to say, getting members is a challenging accomplishment, but that’s if you do not know where to start. I’m going to recommend a couple of things.
Recommendation #1
Build up your group using your external socials such as YouTube, Twitter, or if you stream, then use Twitch. That’s if you have a fanbase of people who like to follow your content. One of the best ways to get people to follow your content on external socials like YouTube, is to showcase the type of stuff you can do. Such as building, people like to admire others builds, so if you make great group games, those people on those external socials would probably love to follow your development of your group, if you build good models.
Recommendation #2
Ask some of your friends to spread the word. If you spread the word about your group where you can, and if its appropriate, you can probably get your group a little further than where it is.
Recommendation #3
Invest in Robux. Advertising is one of the most effective ways, especially if you advertise one of your group games. I never found advertising the group effective, but that’s because I’m a small developer, and never really get that much funds to advertise. For my group, I usually bid 1.2k Robux on my group game, and it usually gets me 20-30 members depending on School Hours since school has started up for most people again. The most effective time to advertise your group would be the weekend, since more people have a day off on those days, and you’ll get much more members that way.
That’s pretty much it.
Those are methods I’ve tried, but I mainly just invest in robux, and use my Premium Payouts on my group to push my group out there, and to grow my group game. Hope this helps in some form!

If you create a game and advertise it and it says the creator of the game was your group, some fans might join the group.

Start with advertising and get some players, once you get people playing your game their friends will join and so on, you could even max out your friend list and then invite everyone on it to the game.

The least scummy way to do it, is to buy some ad’s. Make them look interesting, I don’t recommend spamming on popular groups, as it just makes your group look shady and low effort. If you get what I mean …

I know i’m late but I see a lot of people advertising on group walls. Is that even allowed?

It depends on what wall you’re advertising on. If the group description clearly states “Do not advertise here” or “Feel free to advertise with permission from the owner!” Then you should know. If you don’t see a message, don’t do it as it is disrespecting the group.
Although, I do see many advertisements as well. On my group, we just delete them and move on.
