Hello. The title is the problem here.
Essentially, me and several other developers are currently running a game in the absence of its main creator – he probably won’t be contactable for the next month at least. We all have the “spend group funds” permission, and want to spend the 130k robux in the group on ads…
but have no idea how. Every time we try, it doesn’t show the “Spend Group Funds” tickbox.
Is there a way to spend the group funds to advertise group games?
I guess you could add the group funds into your account and advertise it that way. As long as you have permission to do that…
ROBLOX doesn’t let people with the “Spend Group Funds” permission do payouts, which seems… very pointless to me.

Do you have permission to advertise the group? Only group owners are allowed to do payouts but I am unsure about adveritsment. I also suggest using a group holder in case the Main Creator goes offline like in your case.
I do, yeah. And, when the owner comes back, that’s what I’m going to try to convince him to do, but… Alas, he’s unavailable as of the moment.
There really is no other alternative you can do in this situation, you just have to patiently wait until the owner comes back.
