Affairs Hotel Staff Rules and Guidelines:
*** Staff Rules:***
- Everybody without exception must go through the application/Training process. Medium and High Ranks are not applicable. They are earned, never sold, traded or granted to friends.**
- Do not keep on asking for promotions. MRs are earned based on work ethics, activity and availability. HRs are based on need and they are a team decision.**
- Receptionists and up are the only ones who can give rooms. The board is programmed for rank 7 + only.
- Staff can work down, but not up (Excluding the security rank). If you are a receptionist, you may work bar or housekeeping in the event there are several receptionists. However, if you are a housekeeper or Bar-Staff you may not work as a receptionist.**
Admin abuse:
- Do not use M unnecessarily. M is used only for important guest announcements. Communicate only important things with fellow staff members with PM.
- Do not TP or Bring HR unless it is critical. PM them if you need them instead.
- Profanity, handcuff abuse or other obvious major admin abuse will result in immediate removal of rank instead of suspension and without a re-hiring opportunity. Unintentional and minor admin abuse (Such use of M, TP of wrong person, etc) will result in a warning. 3 warnings lead to suspension.

All high ranks promote users who do not ask for promotions. Promotions are earned based on activity, those who are taking care of our customers have great grammar and act professional at all times.

- Suspended
Suspension from any Role or Job for a set amount of time. This is not considered a Staff Rank.

- Awaiting Trainee:
We received your application as it was accepted. You need to attend a training session to become staff of the hotel.
- Housekeeping:
As a Housekeeping you are going to make sure the hotel is Tidy & Clean. There is an assigned housekeeping desk. You will get three tools: broom, vacuum and trolley.
- Bar-staff:
As a Bar-staff you are going to serve the guests with the Food & Drinks they desire.
- Security:
Security works around the clock to patrol the hotel and protect it to guarantee a happy and safe place for all staff and guests.
- Receptionist:
As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to guests of the hotel.

THESE RANKS ARE EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR
Head Security:
Head Security oversee security operations and instruct Security on what to do while still working either job. This rank is given to Hardworking Security,
Head Services:
Head Services oversee Drink Serving and housekeeping operations and instruct them on what to do while still working either job. This rank is given to hardworking housekeeping and Bar-staff.
Head Receptionist:
Head of reception:
Head of reception oversee receptionist operations and instruct them on what to do while still working either job. This rank is given to hardworking receptionists.
Management:
This rank is only earned with hard work, activity, and dedication. As a manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to do any jobs not being done, such as reception, bar, housekeeping, etc. Handle trolls with 3 strikes and attend training or interview sessions to assist those sessions.
Senior Management:
This rank is only earned with extreme activity, no signs of admin abuse, and dedication. As a senior manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to do any jobs not being done, such as reception, bar, housekeeping, etc. You are to also check on any admin abuse from staff and report them ASAP.
Senior Management has 2 additional responsibilities:
- Applications: Senior management has access to review applications in our Application board. Please review the application and send it to either the passed or failed list. Those in the passed list will be ranked by a HR. Always look for grammar, complete sentences and experience when moving them to the passed list.There is not a set number or applications that you must review daily, but we expect you to be active when the application center opens on the weekend.
- Senior Management will also have admin in the training center. Please attend the sessions to co-host or host it if the HR has to leave before the session ends.
==================================HIGH RANKS==============================
.Shift Manager:
This rank is given to the best of staff, both productive and on-task each and every day at Affairs Hotels. SM’s are expected to make sure each and every staff member are working their job, give warnings, reviews applications, host training, etc.
- General Manager:
This rank is given to SM’s who have done a great job at Affairs. Reviews applications, host trainings and know how to react to almost any situation. They also answer to complaints from the complaint center.
- Board of Directors:
This rank is awarded to GM’s who have done an excellent job at Hilton. They are the best of the best and have worked for a long time to get there. They have astounding grammar and work ethic.
- Vice Chairman:
This rank is Reserved for the Vice of Affairs.
- Chairman:
This rank is Reserved for the Owner of Affairs.
=========================EXPECTATIONS OF HR=============================
In addition of all of the Admins rules, due to the importance of your rank the below also applies:
- Read and process applications.
2 Host at least 2 training per week - Post the training in the Trello board
- Try not to cancel training once posted. Have another HR or Senior Manager host for you instead.
- Do not hold random and unnecessary meetings
- Do not sell, trade or rank friends. Ranks are earned
- Do not advertise in our group shout or group wall for other groups, even if they are allies. Owner or vice must approve first
- Be cordial and represent the Hilton group with utmost integrity
Inactivity or failing the HR expectations, results in demotion/removal of rank.

Rank 4- Housekeeping
As a Housekeeping you will be at the housekeeping desk at the hotel. You will get three tools: broom, vacuum and trolley. You can go around the hotel and Clean the Floors and make sure the hotel is Tidy & nice. To get each tool, just click on them, they are in the staff area of the hotel. To clean just hold out the tool and act like you are cleaning the Floors. If someone needs you to clean their room, go and flush the toilet, open shower doors if they are closed, shut off the water if it is left on. You can also give out information about the hotel if they come and ask you.
Rank 5- Bar-Staff
As a Bar-Staff you are going to serve the guests with the food & drinks they desire. We have milkshakes, nachos and churros. The milkshakes and nachos have to be made by putting one ingredient at the time. Once you have all the desired food, use the Hand-To tool and give out the food.
Rank 6- Security
As a security you are going to patrol the hotel, keep an eye for disruptions and protect the game from rioting and haters. Your goal is to make sure the hotel is a happy and safe place of the guests. The three main rules of the security team is patience: Don’t lose your cool if you encounter a troller, always act professional. Three-strike system: Make sure you give three warnings before you cuff them and ask a medium or high rank to kick them. Abuse: Do not abuse the handcuff and segway that you are given, they are given to make your job easier, not to use them at random and for not reason.
Rank 7- Receptionist
As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to others.
To give a player a room you will say “give PLAYER ROOM 201” or whatever other room number
To take a Room away/clear it you say the same command only you say take: “Take player room 201”
The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die so you will not have to do Room Checks!
The Gold Lane is the Fast lane you must serve these Guest first. The White lane is the Suite lane you will be handing these people suites. The other 2 blue lanes are STANDARD ROOMS. If someone asks for a Suite in a lane other than the White lane DO NOT Hand them a Suite.
When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a Friendly greeting like “Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels how may I help you today?”
The self check in machines only work for people who have the fast lane game pass for regular rooms or the suite game pass to get either a room or a suite.
