Nix Cafe Affiliate Guide

This document includes the affiliate requirements for Nix Cafe, and affiliate application guide.

Main Requirements

  • 5,000 non-botted group members.
  • 100 non-botted Discord server members.
  • A good reputation within the Roblox community.
  • Must communicate with the Nix Public Relations team, about any major issues going on within the group.
  • Group has to be SFW
  • Must be active.
  • Professional Employees

Groups We Won’t Ally With

  • Military Groups
  • Cash Grab Groups

Cafe & Restaurant Requirements

  • Trollers must be kept under control.
  • High Ranks must treat everyone the same.

School Requirements

  • Must have at least 15 people at a school session.
  • Must have school for the majority of the year. (Breaks are allowed.)
  • Must have an active sport.
  • BM & SE have to be under control.

Game Show Requirements

  • Must have 5 sessions a week.
  • All prizes must be legitimate and given to the winner.
  • Hosts must be professionals.
  • No pay to win games, the games must be fair.
  • Hosts can not bet on players.

Clothing Groups

  • Must have 20 pieces of clothing on sale.
  • 50+ clothing sales.
  • Must host monthly events.
  • Must be active.

Hospital Requirements

  • Employees must have basic medical knowledge.
  • Guns can not be the main focus of the game.
  • Treatments have to be realistic & SFW.
  • Trollers must be kept under control.
  • All patients must be treated the same.

Roleplay Community Requirements

  • Must have a medium difficulty citizen application.
  • All roleplays have to be realistic according to what setting they are in.
  • There must be no FRP.
  • Everyone should be getting fair treatment.
  • Must have their own game. (Private servers do not count.)

Affiliate Application

When answering the question please make a google document and answer the questions there. Please submit your application through DMs of any Public Relations Officer. It will take 3-4 days for the Public Relations Team to look over your application, and make a final decision.

  1. Please provide all of your links, (Roblox & Discord).

  2. Why would you like to form an alliance with Nix Cafe?

  3. How would Nix Cafe benefit your community, and how would your community benefit Nix Cafe?

  4. What goals do you wish to achieve if your affiliate application would get accepted?

  5. Please provide the Roblox usernames and Discord usernames of the 2 representatives.

Terms of Service

  • We can remove the alliance at any time with the appropriate reason.
  • We can blacklist you at any point with the appropriate reason.
