This topic has been made to inform members of our contributors/developers on how to get to this role & what we expect of you within the presence of Frizzed Cafe.
Hey there! First off I’d like to welcome you to the Affiliates Department unless you’re already on it in which this is just a greeting, your role as part of the Affiliates Department is to respond, introduce & interact with your assigned affiliates. You will take part in representing Frizzed as an affiliate to other groups as well as planning or announcing events occurring at affiliate places.
How do I become a member of the Affiliates Department?

If there’s an event at an affiliate & they want you to announce it, what do I do?
First off, confirm with the affiliate in a friendly way that you will be announcing the event & bringing the Frizzed community over at the event. Secondly, announce the event in our #affiliate notifications channel on the Official Frizzed Communicational Server - you are limited to only using @here for announcing, do not use @everyone. Thirdly, prepare for the event & inform / remind the community in a friendly way that the event is close to proceeding & also reminding them where the event will take place at, proceed to do this in the #affiliate notifications channel.
Requirements For Introducing New Affiliates
Must have an daily active community involved in both parties.
Roleplay groups must have at least 1,000 members to join as an affiliate, exceptions for Studios, Service, Transportation & Development Groups Apply.
Must announce our events as we announce theirs.
Must have no botted members
Assets within the Affiliate must not be stolen or taken from another place / user without permission, must be original.
A low amount of controversy occurring within the community.
Must have an original owner, groups with holders are prohibited to an extent.
How can I introduce new Affiliates to Frizzed?
Ask the Affiliates Representative / Affiliates Manager at the place which is interested in becoming an Affiliate & do the following in their DMs:
Greet them
Ask them for the group & place link
Tell them that your place will be under review
Here, you will need to review the places if they’re open & take screenshots of the places in game - Send images of the place to the Affiliates Department Group DM so we can share our views on the look of their current places & if they’re up to standard.
Tell the Affiliates Manager / Representative that a result will be determined as soon as possible & thank them for their time.
Share your opinion of the group & place as a whole within the Affiliates Department Group DM & ask for others’ thoughts on it too.
