I have age verified my account lately and decided that it was my mistake, so i tried searching everywhere on the web ‘How to remove age id verification’ and such, but was left with scamm videos like “HOW TO GET VOICE CHAT?!?!/1/11111/” or “FREE VOICEE CHAET YAY WOOHIOOO NO ID YAY YAY”. If anyone know how to remove my credentials, please answer i’ll do anything just to remove my Passport.

As far as I remember, there are two methods:
Contact support and tell them your age is not true, or just contact roblox support explaining the same thing you stated beforehand.
Try to change your age in the settings, but you will lose the age verification (as far as I remember, it worked at the beginning of voice chat)

If you want your ID removed, Roblox is required to handle the request because it’s your personal information. If they don’t comply with valid removal requests, they might be breaking privacy laws, depending on the regulations in place.

somehow the AI estimated my age as 60 and they’re refusing to remove it

You dont really have an other choice other than to use government identification, or ur stuck with being 60 somehow
well i contacted roblox support about this error with the age estimation and they said that if i didn’t report it within 2 days of the incident, i had to stay with this forever soo here we are i guess
I believe rights of erasure should require them to remove all of your data, including your passport, but this will require you to have your account deleted too., so at your own risk.

Been thinking of removing mine.
If you’re in Europe then you have GDPR in place. You can use GDPR, but this will likely result in an account deletion. If you do go forward with this, make sure to choose right of erasure
-- Roblox doesn’t store your id, it’s handled by a third party, so, there’s not really, anything for Roblox to do. i’m pretty sure Persona doesn’t save your id either for Roblox so, all that’s actually there is whatever arbitrary number age Roblox has assigned you
