This one does though:
Also, the multiple stills from TV shows you’ve uploaded as face accessories, which don’t fall under fair use.
What I also find interesting is that you viscerally adhere to upholding the double standard with these hair extensions, yet you fought tooth and nail against another double standard when it conveniently affected you. This is an example I found while doing some research:
From what I’ve seen when looking at your UGC catalog, it appears you still make these same exact items to this date. You continue to engage in these double standard.
If you have a moment of self reflection, you should think about whether it makes sense to reinforce these rules in the wishy washy manner you are currently doing it. With what you’re engaging in right now, you’re effectively wielding ROBLOX’s moderation and guidelines as a tool of destruction and infringing on other people’s harmless fun. As I’ve stated many times in earlier posts, these items do not hurt anybody, do not give any sort of unfair advantage in any games that allow layered clothing, and these items do not pose any sort of risk to what ever business endeavors you’re in the middle of.
This issue brings into question the dilemma of some of ROBLOX’s flimsy and nonsensical guidelines as a whole, and I believe we should be mindful about it and make our own educated judgement on these things on a case-by-case basis rather than just blindly scattershotting everything that breaks heavily obscure rule #56452462346 that nobody cares to consistently enforce normally. I can guarantee you that if any of the UGC content moderators stumbled upon these hair extension items themselves, holdables would come to mind and they wouldn’t do anything about it either, even with the previous hair categorization discussion prior.
