Allocation
When the host announces the flight you can allocate the flight by reacting to it. This is vital because it shows the host how many staff will be attending.
Read through the message sent in the Discord, and join at the time which says “Staff join: XX:XX”.
Flight standards
Standards we expect you to maintain during flights.
- Treat passengeres with respect, regardless of their class.
- If it’s a flight where the plane will cruise, make sure that all the passengers have been served.
- Try your best to make sure everybody is enjoying themselves.
- Have fun, and try your best on every flight.
Briefing
Briefing should start between 20 and 30 minutes before a flight. During this time you will be told what your roles are, and where to go.
Mood Lighting (Lights)
During both take-off and landing, the lighting MUST be set to White, and on the Dimmed pre-set for realism, and in case of an emergency.
Mood Lighting (Sounds)
Cabin Chime
Do not use the Cabin Chime at any point.
Safety
Only use the Safety sound once No-Jump is enabled. The Captain will take off once the safety briefing has finished.
Boarding Music
It’s in the name! Only use Boarding music when passengers are getting on and off the plane.
Cabin Crew Roles
Gate Agent
The gate agent answers any questions that passengers may have, and also gives amenities.
Lounge Attendant
The lounge attendant stands behind the bar in the Business lounge, and serves the Business Class passengers until boarding.
Shopkeeper
The shopkeeper serves behind the counter, and gives necessary items to passengers.
Cabin Crew
The cabin crew will server pre-flight drinks for Business Class passengers. If the flight has a cruise, they will also serve then.
Extra Information
Once passengers are sat down, inform a HR+ to do set the jump-power.
During landing you will stay seated until the aircraft has come to a complete stop.
Once everybody has left the plane, check the cabin for any remaining passengers, and then exit the plane.
