Alliance Policy
At Akori, we value our partners across the genre and, to recognise this, we have established an Alliance Policy outlining how our partnerships operate, who manages them, and how you, as a community, can join us as a partner.
Requirements
To ensure we promote a fair and inclusive environment at Akori, we have established a set of requirements that prospective partners must meet. These requirements apply to all applicants, and we will not make exceptions to maintain fairness.
- The community must be associated with the rohospitality genre (e.g. hotels, theme parks, resorts, cafés, etc.).
- The community must have at least 50 organic members—botted or artificially inflated member counts will not be accepted.
- The community must be original in its content, including its policies, development, and name.
- The community must promote ethical and fair values. Akori does not tolerate toxicity in any form and expects its partners to uphold the same standards.
- The community must be willing to ally its main group with Akori, and we will reciprocate this in return.
Notice: Akori management reserves the right to decline applications if they fail to meet these requirements or if they violate our community standards.
Applying
At Akori, we have a dedicated team to support our community partners—from the application process to ongoing partnership growth through events and collaborations. This team is our Relations Team. Below is a guide on how to apply to our alliance program:
- Submit an application via our communications server, located in the bulletin channel.
- Join our communications server and navigate to the support tickets channel. From there, open a ticket related to our Relations Department.
- Await a response from our Relations Department—this may take up to one week.
Notice: Wait times may vary depending on the volume of applications. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive a response. If your application is unsuccessful, we encourage you to reapply once you meet the specified requirements.
Acceptance
If your community is accepted into our alliance program, you will be contacted directly. Membership in our alliance program is maintained through activity—while we understand that growth fluctuates, we will continue supporting our partners even if they temporarily fall below the requirements. At Akori, we believe in uplifting communities whenever possible.
Upon acceptance, you may designate one representative to hold the Alliance Representative role within the Akori group. We recommend selecting someone who is active and specifically assigned to Akori. This role allows the representative to maintain communication with our Relations Department.
If you wish to change your designated representative, we require your Relations Head (or equivalent) to contact our Relations Team to process the update.
