Welcome to the $ALES Public Handbook! Thank you for taking the time to review our handbook. This document provides essential information regarding our organization to ensure you are well informed about our internal operations.
$ALES • ABOUT
The $ALES Roblox group primarily focuses on providing users with a variety of fashion-based games, apparel, and UGC. Our Discord server, which can be found to the right of our group’s description, is more community-oriented. It provides users access to a professional and secure marketplace as well as a safe and friendly atmosphere to communicate with like-minded individuals, engage in fun events and activities, and get updated on all news regarding the $ALES Roblox group.

The subsequent sections contain crucial information regarding $ALES. Each section has a title that denotes the information it contains. Click on a topic to expand and view its contents.
Code of Conduct
At $ALES, we maintain a code of conduct that all members must adhere to in order to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for our community. This code of conduct outlines acceptable behaviors and expectations that all community members and staff must follow. We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with these regulations. If you are found to have violated any terms in the code of conduct, you may be subject to disciplinary action from a higher-up. Keep in mind that severe or repeated offenses may result in a harsher penalty. Please feel free to reach out to a member of our staff team if you have any questions.

★ Obscene language
Inappropriate language or content, including but not limited to NSFW or sexual content, gore, “dark humor,” messages or images with vulgar language, suggestive themes, as well as mentioning sensitive topics are strictly prohibited.
★ Illegal content
Posting, or threatening to post illegal content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the personal information of non-consenting parties (doxxing), posting malicious links, discussing illicit substances, and engaging in piracy.
★ Respect
Refrain from engaging in any form of disrespect, harassment, discrimination, or intentional offense towards other members of the server. Additionally, we expect all members to respect the server itself by refraining from attempting to exploit any loopholes or abuse their permissions.
★ Discriminatory language
The use of vulgar language, slurs, derogatory terms or phrases, excessive profanity, and profanity used in a demeaning manner is strictly prohibited.
★ Spam
Refrain from spamming, flooding the chat, or engaging in raids. Our staff also reserve the right to interpret your messages as spam if they can reasonably define it as such.
★ Advertising and impersonation
Do not advertise or impersonate others. This rule is applicable not only within our server but also in direct messages to other server members.
★ Common Sense
Always take into account the impact of your actions on others. Even if a particular behavior is not explicitly prohibited, it may lead to disciplinary action if deemed appropriate. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, exercise caution, good judgment, and common sense.

Role Descriptions
COMMUNITY ROLES
☆ : COMMUNITY ◞ [Rank Limit: N/A]
Upon joining the group, all new members are given the community role by default. This role can then be changed through the supporter ranking system, the acquisition of a noted role, or upon promotion to the staff team.
☆ : HONOR$ MEMBER (NOTED ROLE) [Rank Limit: N/A]
The honors member role is given to those at $ALES who have achieved certain milestones. Holders of this role may be those with connections to the ownership team, individuals who have resigned from executive or higher positions within the staff team, or individuals who have otherwise earned the right to the rank. This role aims to recognize and reward an individual’s efforts, influence, and accomplishments within the group.
☆ : INDUSTRY ICON (NOTED ROLE) [Rank Limit: N/A]
The industry icon role, similar to the honors member role, is reserved for members of $ALES who have achieved certain milestones. However, in contrast to the honors member role, the industry icon role recognizes leaders within the entire industry. They are leaders in their respective fields who have garnered widespread recognition and admiration for their superior industry knowledge, innovative ideas, and industry-wide influence.

The business partner role is given to those who represent or own organizations affiliated with $ALES. This role acts as a bridge between $ALES and these groups, facilitating the development of mutual trust and engagement. Those with the business partner role act as facilitators and advocates for their group, assisting $ALES in maintaining strong relations with its affiliates.

Awarded in recognition of their efforts, the contributor role is given exclusively to those who have contributed in some fashion to the development or success of $ALES.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Developer is the rank given to the entry-level members of the development team at $ALES. It is not a rank for contributors or individuals hired on a commission basis. This rank is only available to developers who are actively engaged in creating and producing $ALES experiences. They are the individuals who are dedicated to making $ALES more enjoyable and exciting by creating and enhancing $ALES games.

Creative directors are responsible for overseeing and managing the lower-ranked developers at $ALES. They assist in establishing the project’s objectives and goals, as well as the timeline and scope of the project. Creative directors provide leadership to the team while also managing and monitoring progress. They also perform the same or comparable duties as developers.

Nonetheless, their skill and expertise in making critical decisions in collaboration with the owner is invaluable.

The owner of $ALES, S8TANICS, serves as the ultimate decision-maker and leader for a wide range of internal operations. He is responsible for everything from developing the company’s strategy and overseeing large-scale projects to managing everyday operations and ensuring that systems and processes are functioning effectively. It’s his job to set the vision for the organization, align staff to the company’s mission, and provide direction and guidance to all teams within $ALES.

Chain of Command
A chain of command is the hierarchical structure of authority used in $ALES to effectively define roles, responsibilities, and communication. It outlines who reports to whom and who makes decisions. The chain of command should be used when speaking with higher-ranking personnel to resolve a problem, ask a question, or get approval for a course of action.
