What do the Board Members do?

Members on the Board of Directors take part in voting for group changes and assist in managing the Corporate Office. The board is overseen by a Chairman.

What do Board Members vote on?

Board Members vote on many “major group decisions,” including, but not limited to:

  • Active Corporate Officers (Hiring & Termination)
  • New Releases of Alfredo’s Versions
  • Revenue Changes & Improvements

Board Members are not expected to complete day-to-day operations.

How do I become a Board Member?

If you wish to become a member of the board, please message the Board’s chairman. The Board’s chairman is the one who currently has the “Chairman” role in Alfredo’s Restaurant Franchise group.

Are Board Members Permanent?

Board members may to retire from their position as a Board Member if they wish. Termination of Board Members is unlikely, however will occur when a Board Member fails to follow any Guidelines (Ex. Community Guidelines, Executive Guidelines, Moderator Policy, etc.)
