Algorithm failing to discover "Avatar Shop" for experience

From what I understand, the categories in discover are algorithm based and use keywords to try and organize experiences.

Our new experience ( Style Stars 🤩 - Roblox ) is an “Avatar Shop” that has been out for a little bit now. With proper / full description (for algorithm to see) and respectable player counts for an early experience (we peaked at 250 concurrent this week).

But despite our best efforts, for some reason the “Avatar Shops” category for discover aren’t picking it up.

I doubt this is the intended behaviour roblox is seeking for their category / discovery, so hopefully our experience can help track down what is happening.

Expected behavior

After a period I would expect the algorithm to pick up on description keywords and performance metrics to find an experience like ours for the “Avatar Shops” discovery.

Hey, thanks for the report! Just found someone to check this out. We’ll get back to you when we have an update.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. We’re in the process of testing new sorts on Discover, including genres.

“Shopping” category is certainly one that we’d like to revamp to be more effective. We appreciate your patience while we test the new genres.
