All assets refresh randomly

In an area with a high density of meshes and textures, as I’m doing work all the meshes and textures will occasionally reload, sometimes as frequently as every few seconds. This causes a significant performance drop while everything is loading.

And it prints this every time:

Those are universe textures. None of the other textures are universe textures.

I ran into this issue back in the day when I did a showcase. I solved it by removing some meshes (lowering triangle count).
