The play button is grayed-out like the game was banned. However, you can still join the game by joining through the servers available.

Thanks for reporting!

We’re not seeing a similar trend in overall metrics, will DM to get more specific info.

Followed up in DM, it seems to have been a transient issue that no longer occurs.
