All of mesh not loading in

Hi.
I’ve never really imported models but I’m making a game and they made a model in blender. They gave me the file and when I try to load in the file using a mesh part it looks like this:

Does anyone know what this is? When I import the message many pop ups appear. I tried clicking yes to all of them and no to all of them and the exact same thing happened. Does anyone know what is happening?

I never 3D model myself so I have no experience.

Thanks…

Could I ask you what pop ups do you get?

It’s a problem with flipped normals

Pop ups:

The mesh you are importing contains odd number negative scales. Would you like to invert mesh faces?

&Yes &No

The mesh you are importing is very large. Would you like to resize the mesh?

Your mesh contains location data. Would you like to move your mesh to the given location?

If this helped, you can mark it as solution, so people with the same issue can resolve it

I’d recalculate the normals of the mesh, assuming it was created in Blender you can select the mesh in edit mode and press Shift-N to recalculate them. This should fix the inverse faces.

The main problem should be the inverted mesh faces, as lau2971 said tho you should flip normals.
