I own a lot more gamepasses, mines and other developer’s, and they aren’t all showing up. This has been the case since the gamepass update. I still own the gamepasses, they just don’t show in my inventory. Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe try logging out and logging back into Roblox. Because I see this It might just be a glitch on your screen if it effects what you are supposed to get in game I would contact Roblox customer support. Please let me know if this helped.

Logging out did not help. It doesn’t affect what I own ingame, it only doesn’t show everything I own. Probably not the only one having this issue so it should be fixed by the web team. Your screenshot shows exactly what I see.

Can you link to some specific game passes that are not showing up in your inventory (but you still own them?)

Check The Conqueror’s 3 Store and compare it to BrokenBone’s gamepass inventory. A lot aren’t showing up

It has been consistently failing for me since the gamepass update. It never shows anything different.

Consistently failing how? Are there any steps you can take to say for a new game pass or an existing one to own it without getting it in your inventory?
Do you just have to create the game pass? Is it any time you buy one?

Consistent as in every time I view my inventory it shows the same items and same lack of specific gamepasses I own. All the gamepasses I bought recently do show up. I haven’t created any new gamepasses myself recently.

Okay so that second part is what I was looking for, it’s every time you buy a game pass it says you own it but it won’t show up in your inventory.

Me and a friend were just scrolling through our gamepass pages but noticed we were missing a boat load of gamepasses, and we only had two pages. After looking through all our friends profiles, they also had only two pages though we were both able to use the benefits of previous gamepasses we owned, such as the Pontoon Boat in Work at a Pizza Place though the option is there to buy it again. Is this an intentional thing, or is something wrong?

Perhaps some of your previous gamepasses you purchased were deleted by the game owner or someone.

I had over 12 pages, now i only have 2. Other users only have two, also.

The “Game passes” section of inventories seems to be broken and only displaying up to 2 pages. I have a lot more than 2 pages of gamepasses, but going to my game passes in my inventory shows only 2 pages. Inventory - Roblox
You can also check on your own profile, or really anybody’s. It seems that any profile that has more than 2 pages of gamepasses just gets completely cut off at the same spot on the page.
I’ve tried on mobile, in incognito, and in my normal browser, all seems to show the same result.
