I want to start a big project very soon and I want to do it in a professional’s way.
I have been in projects before, have done some small projects which can be finished in one week, done some other bigger, so not very inexperienced. But there is space for upgrade of course, as always.
What I ask for is your suggestions on professional project planning. Maybe it can be programs to plan on or use for some other things, maybe it can be techniques that can motivate the team and speed up the process (I will need a lot of motivation on the way), maybe it can be what should I do when I feel like I hit a wall, your call.
