Allow headers and subheaders to be clicked to be set as anchors

Often when I’m browsing the Developer Hub, it’s to share something with somebody I’m working with. This typically ends up in me wanting to link a specific part of an article to someone, to show them where to start reading from, or where I’m quoting from.

Currently, I have to type the name of the header and then append it to the end of the address to do this, like the following:

It’s sometimes tedious and unreasonable to do the above method in cases where headers are full sentences or contain punctuation that needs to be removed i.e.

GitHub allows users to simply click the header/subheader to set the anchor for linking and is a great format for this that I’d be happy to see implemented.

Hey! This is a great suggestion, and would definitely make people’s lives easier. I’ve added it to our backlog, and we’ll get to it as soon as we can. :slight_smile:
