Allow more precise bids in new sponsor system

Currently, when creating sponsors in the new advertising system, you can only adjust the bid in increments of 0.01.

When converting that to Robux, that means we can only adjust the bid in units of 2.85 Robux at a time, which is nowhere near precise enough, especially for games that don’t have very high ARPDAU values.

My game, which has fairly high profitability, currently scoring in the top 100 despite being under the top 200 in player count, cannot make a profit at 0.02 credits/play. That leaves only the option of reducing to 0.01 credits/play, which is lower than I want to go.

The system should allow at least an extra decimal.

I think roblox does this to make up for how easy it is to develop a game. Like having free servers hosted by roblox for you is a huge reason why they do this. But I do see where you are coming from.
