Allowing Dynamic head Creators to apply unique moods to their heads

Dynamic heads have been out for nearly 3 years. Despite that, we’ve never gotten the option to display moods and expressions on our heads. As a result, you are unable to preview the expressions provided to the head unless you enable your camera.

Expression Version:

Being able to showcase expressions can encourage players to purchase your head and allows you to show off the hard work you put in refining your expressions!

When I provided my face with the Dynamic Head brace mood, it provided me with the exact result I needed! It would be nice to sell this under my dynamic head!

Is there any reason giving creators the ability to apply different moods onto heads isn’t a feature?

Probably because there’s no way to create “public” animations at the moment. Though I guess Roblox could work around this limitation by giving creators a bunch of preset moods to choose from, other than just “Default Mood”.

I like this idea! Also, there is a way to unique other moods but unfortunately it involves 3rd party extensions like roseal to equip them.

Sorry, but you mean equip right? I didn’t know it was possible to do it with roseal.
I was trying to figure out how to equip moods from a different head and turns out you can do it in Catalog Avatar Creator by removing default mood and equipping a mood from a different head then using the in-game “Save to Roblox” option to save the avatar you created in game to your roblox account.

as you can see in the image, I have equipped ‘Stevie Standard’ head and ‘Check it’ Mood from check it dynamic head. It doesn’t show the mood being used in the preview but it works in games.
I hope this helps someone.
