🍉Training Sessions

To rank up as a Low Rank, you are required to attend training sessions. The training center can be located under the ‘Experiences’ tab on the Aloha Dentist community group. The schedule for all of our training sessions will be listed below:

12 PM BST (7 AM EST)
3 PM BST (10 AM EST
5 PM BST (12 PM EST)
8 PM BST (3 PM EST)
10 PM BST (5 PM EST)
1 AM BST (8 PM EST)

To successfully attend a training session, we recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes before the commencement of the session (the session will always start at xx:00 unless a late announcement). From trainings, you can rank up from Client to Oral Surgeon however afterwards, you will need to apply or be promoted to Management Intern (more information on this can be found in the “Oral Surgeon Promotions” section).

Once you have passed a session, do not leave the training session until you are guaranteed to have been ranked. To be on the safe side, we recommend waiting until your trainer has kicked you from the server after you are ranked.

đŸ„„ Oral Surgeon Promotions

Once you become an Oral Surgeon with us at Aloha Dentist, your next promotion will to be to Management Intern (a Management Team rank). As a result, you can no longer attend training sessions and must be promoted to Management Intern through a total 2 methods: promotions and applications.

Promotions

To get promoted from Oral Surgeon via in-game promotions, you are highly recommend to do the following things whilst playing in the clinic:

  • Grammar - whilst we do not require grammar for our Low Ranks at Aloha Dentist, we recommend that any aspiring Oral Surgeons utilise it to demonstrate their abilities as it will be required in some circumstances as a Management member
  • Professionalism - we encourage all Low Ranks to remain professional at all times, but we encourage this further with Oral Surgeons. As management members, you may be required to interact with representatives from our affiliates and therefore we ask you practice professionalism.
  • Activity - not only do we recommend you frequently play the clinic (at least 30 minutes a day) to show your dedication, we also recommend that you utilise your ability to spectate training sessions. This shows you are willing to educate yourself on our systems and also that you are available to attend our training sessions. You should also encourage yourself to converse in our communications server as this will be apart of your Management requirements.
  • Slacking - being active means you should be productive, slacking (or persistently going AFK) isn’t encouraged as you aren’t completing any appointments for our clients or are you showing dedication.
  • Hinting - hinting is highly discouraged as it shows you aren’t content with your current position and aren’t willing to work for a promotion.

Applications

You may instead choose to apply for Management Intern alongside many other Oral Surgeons. As it is usually competitive for one of the slots for Management Intern, we recommend you follow these tips to ensure success:

  • Detail - we encourage that you include as much detail as possible in your application. This means that we recommend that you exceed any given sentence requirements as most individuals will be typing around as many sentences as we ask them too.
  • Repetitiveness - avoid being repetitive in your points and instead try to include new ideas on why we should hire you for each question in the application.
  • Experiences - don’t lie on the experiences question as we are able to check the authenticity of your answer. We recommend that you put as many relevant experiences that you have despite that.
  • Advantages - throughout your answers, make references on why what you’re discussing will be advantageous to your career at Aloha Dentist.
