Alots unknown model / image and orther go inside my private toolbox

I don’t know what happened to roblox studio on my account I’m very confused about this
a model that I never entered / I don’t recognize suddenly goes into my toolbox like entering my models , my images , my plugins and so on and sometimes the model I downloaded myself disappears or gets replaced or duplicated and after I see The roblox account profile in the models / package only has the model I downloaded / the one I made is the photo from roblox

I initially thought it was a hacker / person who hacked into my account but after I saw a lot of things added even before the models that I downloaded or made myself just in case I have logged out of roblox from all devices but this continues to happen for several days is this a bugs?

May have something to do with your Plugins/extensions, or like you said - it might be a Roblox bug.

thanks for responding, in my opinion this is a roblox bug because I don’t use any plugins
i will level up my rank so i can bug reports

The Regular trust level is locked. Perhaps you might want to search around on the DevForum for similar issues and try out the fixes in the replies. Only after trying everything, and you still face this issue, should you message @Bug-Support to report this bug!

I’m new to the developer forum so I’m confused about how to report bugs like what I saw on other topics they can do it by reporting bugs but not with me the new topic button doesn’t open or there isn’t a report bug button

Only Regulars are able to report bugs by directly opening a new topic. You need to message @Bug-Support and report the bug, for them to help create a topic for you.

Have you heard back from bug support on this issue?

I have recently sent a message to support as well about my private inventory being suddenly flooded with assets that I did not add. I don’t belong to groups and my toolbox inventory is being accessed somehow with random assets being added to it daily. This is very concerning for me. I’m not sure if my account has been hacked. This is a preview of my toolbox and I have stopped developing until I hear back.

that same like me but because im not regular member i cant do bug reports so i wanna use bug supports,
if ou same like me you can check your roblox account profile and checks the model and packages for me the floods of models not visible im sure my account not beeing hacked or plugin issues

Yes, I checked my Roblox profile and the flooded models, images, sounds etc. are not there. This is only showing in toolbox via Studio. I just wonder how these assets are being added into my private toolbox via Studio.

thanks for the help, this is so annoying that it makes me have to scroll for 1 minute if I don’t turn on for 1 week to get my original assets added because this always adds to the front or adds before the assets we download

Yes I agree. I am not sure if there are others going through this. I have searched the forums and I haven’t been able to find any posts other than yours so far.

I’m glad to know I am not the only one even though it doesn’t help us at the moment.

I have been checking my toolbox and again there are assets being added every single day for the past few weeks. I’m not sure if there is a limit but there should be.

yes I agree too I’ve searched for this all over the devforum finally I made a post to voice my opinion and frustration about this bug, if this only happened to me I feel panicked even though I’m sure this is not an account hack or plugin issues + the floods from your toolbox is same like me and my private toolbox has been sharing to you and orther person if there are and youre private toolbox has been sharing to i think because what i see in youre image is actually same like my toolbox on this day


example if i added naruto beast bomb on my toolbox its appreared in yours too

its like we are have a exactly same toolbox

Yes, you are right! They are the same. I guess in a way it relieves me from worrying that my account was hacked. It must be a studio issue.

Hi! I heard back from support! I was late to reply and I mentioned you also have the issue. I will let you know when they respond with a fix!
