[Already A Thing, The Locks] Add Something That Shows A Subforum Is Private

With the exception of “Private Bugs and Exploit Reports”, nothing really shows if a subforum is private or public. Could we get something that shows a subforum is currently private in the case we have a sensitive place file or code that we don’t want to accidentally have in a public subforum?
