Hello, i am seeking an alternative to fastcast because the creator of fastcast left roblox, it will no longer maintain updates and new features thus performance and other stuff will slowly die out as roblox updates, i am looking for something that is just fastcast but gets updated, simplecast is client and securecast is client and server also the api isnt done i think so its a bit confusing
You can try the good ole’ reliable built-in raycast. Fastcast seems to have some optimization issues anyways. Plus you can control more of how your raycasts functions work.
I am not a very experienced coder, i’m not good with raycasts and projectiles which is why im looking for something like fastcast thats simple and good
