Alyths Donation Board not working

Hello, I followed all the steps and I also added all the game settings to allow sales. The board’s buttons are not working. The Buttons part is able to add the products but the buy-prompt isn’t showing when they are activated. The Screen part’s gui is showing but the buttons don’t do anything. It does work sometimes, but rarely. It only has worked 2 times out of about 50. This was all in-game, and not in studio.

The donation board still works in my other game though.

Please reply! I have been trying to fix it for hours!!

Unfortunately, the videos aren’t loading for me.

However, if you are testing this in ROBLOX Studio it won’t work. Try launching the roblox game through your actual client. Hopefully, it would’ve loaded then.

If not, check the console (F9) and send in a screenshot of any error codes. I’ll be willing to help further with more information provided.

I tested in both studio and in-game. What I had described was all from in-game.

There are no errors or anything showing up in the output

It seems to be working fine for myself, everything loads and there’s not backlog of errors… I’m not too sure what to suggest, try this version:

Can you try moving and scaling around the parts to see if it still works?

Appears to work fine no matter the size, however the rig sizes it’s self down for some reason.

What about moving and rotating it around? Can you also try doing this for the rig too?

Everything works fine, I’m not sure what’s causing the issue with your board.
Have you enabled HTTP requests, ect…?

Hmm. Yes I have tried that.

My game’s donation board is in a physical menu, like this

There is also an image label with a grain image to it.

Can you try seeing if it works if you character is invisible(custom StarterCharacter), grain gui, and Scriptable camera pointing at the board?

Okay I just realized it works for the default given ProductIds, BUT it does not work for the ones that I created. How do I fix that?

Okay, I fixed it finally! After 5 hours. I turned off StreamingEnabled in Workspace
