Marvel does own the rights to Vibranium. So you can’t go out and produce a Vibranium Sword or Marvel would go after you.
Ah, okay thanks. I thought since Marvel did a collaboration with Roblox then anything related to Marvel on the platform wouldn’t get harmed by copyright acts.
Collaborations are only between Roblox and the other entity; they do not grant additional rights, unless explicitly stated, for developers to use materials from a collaborating entity. This is also part of the guidelines; you are allowed to use content Roblox uploads provided it is not part of a collaboration or sponsorship.
Roblox doing a partner event with another entity does not implicate the ability to use materials from the other entity. You would require your own permission or license to do that.
