So, I wanted to hire a freelancer to voice me a tutorial in my game, but I heard you can’t upload audio of YOUR OWN voice, so is it allowed? I don’t wanna hire him and then find out it’s not allowed.

I dont think that rules enforced in development, so many games have voices.
