If they are willing to upload the audio as far as Iā€™m aware you are allowed to use it with permission from the Uploader.

First, I think this is the wrong category (not sure). Second, Yes you are allowed if you have the permissions from that person.

no its one of my audios and i need robux to upload it my family is going through a hard time these days cause there splitting up and we dont have the money

You should be allowed to do this, but remember that many people may think you stole the audio since it would be on a different account.
