Am I allowed to have arcade machines that say "Winners Don't use drugs" in my games

This is a classic slogan that is on many arcade machines, and many fan arcade machines and home made arcade machines make homage to it. Is it against the rules to have this or a similar fan made logo shown in my games because it mentions drugs (albeit being against the usage of drugs)
