I am trying to make it so you can apply your game to be sponsored, but I am wanting to make it so that they can DM me without me making a server. Is this allowed, or will I get my game taken down for this? I want to make sure before I make the wrong decision.
No, it isn’t allowed. Anything related to Discord, Twitter, Facebook, etc, should only be included in the social links tab.

How can you detect whether an account is 13 years old? By their account registration, yes… but what if a younger player had set their birth to over 13?

As I stated, you should avoid discord links and/or any other social media in games besides the social links tab. I will not advice you not to, as you are taken a risk of your game being taken down.
Yes. I mean in the social tab. Is it possible to make a direct link, connected to the social tab, that takes them to my dm?
No, I don’t think so. You should regardless avoid it (unless you use Discord webhooks to send messages such as feedback or bug reports in-game),
