I think you can since there’s alot of games based in real places like Vancouver, Los Angeles, and some Canadian games like Ottawa they use the real life RCMP livery and emergency Hamburg is based in a real city in Germany

i am pretty sure you can as long as you say venicle/uniform’s name
I mean technically you do need licensing but i mean this is roblox i dont think anyone cares
there was a court case but it was settled out of court between textron (the guys behind bell helicopters) and EA so legally we dont know rn
