Am I Sort of Shadowbanned from Roblox?

I have a problem with my account: I’m unable to send friend requests (both in-game and on the website), and I also can’t favorite or unfavorite games. However, I am able to unfriend people and like or dislike games. I would really appreciate any help.

Update:
I have reached out to support twice now. All I keep getting is an AI chatbot saying a lot of people are having the same issue and that the team is working on it. But this problem has been around for me for over a year, how much longer am I supposed to wait?
