It’s a good way to organize if you have to keep them separated.

It would be a pain to navigate, but whatever works for you works for you. I can’t really say if it’s wrong.

It’s useful if you’re trying to script things, and you want to be sure something is something, you can preplace it in folder x or y. It is definitely a hassle to navigate, though.
