For the past several days, I have been unable to edit any group roles or permissions on the Roblox Creator Hub. When I attempt to access the page, it appears completely black and does not load any functionality.
I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps including opening the page in new tabs, logging out and back in, and testing across different browsers, but the issue persists.
The only workaround I have found is using a macOS device. When accessing the Creator Hub on Mac, the page loads normally and I am able to view and edit permissions without issue.
Thanks for reporting. We are not able to reproduce it on Windows (Chrome and Edge browsers).
Does this issue still persist? Please also double check if it’s due to certain browser extensions by disabling them all first.
