Reminds me a lot of the remastered Mafia coming out. Definitely can’t wait to play it. Nice job. I think you captured the vibe perfectly. Only thing I would add is some more enemies.

It looks great, the only concern I have is the weird texture on his hand. Other than that, I think it is great.

Very nice GFX, I don’t know if its me but your hands texture seems messed up? and the coat seems too overlap another part of the rig? Also, Try making the guns handle a wood type texture.
