I’m currently working on a tower defense-like game and I was curious if games on roblox can include depictions of the American Civil War? It would not include anything with slavery or what each of the sides were titled but rather, “North” and “South” as well as the title of the war which is The American Civil War. Input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Awhile ago there was a Civil War game that used Napoleonic tech (Napoleonic meaning they just use flint and steel gun tech), the teams themselves were just “USA” and “Rebels”. Other than that I would guess as long as it doesn’t show the Confederate Battle Flag, and if you do show flags the “Stars and Bars” flag would be the appropriate flag, and the least likely to result in moderation.
Other than that I’d guess try reading the terms of service as annoying as it would be.
