Hello DevForum,
As you know I posted on 8/30/19, (or yesterday) about my new project. Some of you may know my past or somewhat old projects, that I worked on before my new one.
You may know…
- Rumoria Adventures, (which was closed on 7/14/19.)
- Hendar, (closed on 8/23/19)
So here’s a small update on some of those projects, why I closed them, and an update on my newest game!
Let’s start with why I closed some of those projects.
Rumoria Adventures always was inspired by Loomian Legacy, though I never really thought that games like Loomian Legacy were so hard to make until I got into making it. So therefor, I got half a month of work into the game, and closed it due to it being so very hard for me at the time to handle. At the time my co worker was unable to help me with the game, so I couldn’t do much on the game, other than close it.
Hendar was a adventure MMORPG game, based off Vesteria. Once again, I though that RPG’s weren’t hard to make, I was once again mistaken. I got about 2 - 3 weeks into building, scripting, terrain modeling, and closed it for being to hard.
A huge update on my newest project, Spitfire!
“What’s Spitfire…?”
Spitfire is a multiplayer fighting game, inspired by Phantom Forces and Project Lazarus.
You can fight zombies with weapons, have tons of maps to play in, and much, much, MUCH more!
“Why I’m not going to close Spitfire.”
Well, I have a big love in the zombie world. Movies, games, TV shows, etc. Me and my co worker love Project Lazarus, and Phantom Forces. as well. We are heavily inspired in it rather than any other games he and I have worked on. Spitfire is somewhat easier to make rather than my other games… So I just thought to myself… “Yeah! We can do this, I’m not putting down the project this time because I can’t do it!”
My supporters, fans, staff, and my friends all help motivate me to go forward in game development for Spitfire.
My team for Spitfire.
