Its easy, so make a black frame and add a design and make that design area transparent.
After that add your image to the studio and set that image Zindex to 2 after that add a frame, and color it however you want and set its Zindex to 1 and place it to the transparenct area of the image.

they arent animated but still pretty good
you can make real gifs using rect or smthing idk
