Animating R15 Right Arm Bug

When trying to turn or move the right arm of the R15 Rig it just sit still and won’t move at all.

We need more information. This isn’t a lot to go on

I am using the model by ROBLOX R15MrGrey, as my doll, when I try to rotate the right arm it won’t move.

I just deleted and inserted the same rig, and the right arm was animatable this time, but the right leg wasn’t.
