Animation breaks when played on different avatars

Currently I am trying to create some short test animations that work across any players character similar to avatar shop animations, however I have bumped into a problem where animations dont translate properly across character types.

the video below shows my test animation on a classic scaled rig, an avatar shop Rthro bundle and the rig i used to animate.

as you can see the animation works perfectly fine on the main rig, somewhat on the Rthro bundle and is practically in the ground with the classic scaling.

is there a way to properly make the animation scale well across all characters similar to that of avatar shop animations?
