Hello!
I’m having an issue with an underwater gate animation and could really use some help. The animation looks perfect in Blender, but when I import it into Studio, the tentacles deform for some reason. I have no idea how to fix this.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to solve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe there is something with rigs, maybe they are not oriented correctly
From the look of it, it looks like some faces aren’t being orientated properly. Maybe try fixing it up in the Roblox animator?
Or try increasing the tris count of your mesh.
I just found out that the armature for the 2 right tentacles arent inside of the model. Maybe that’s the problem? Do you know how I can fix this?

Well, I’m only an intermediate animator, so I don’t know a clear answer to that problem. But I think you need to move the armature inside the tentacles?

It really depends on how your rig was and its weights are assigned. I suggest fixing that. Could be the issue.
Maybe also send in a pic of your models weights.

How many tris is the Mesh?
If it’s too many Roblox will decimate the mesh to get the tris down to the amount they allow.
