Underneath RightLowerLeg is RightFoot. The scroll bar doesn’t scroll far enough to let you see the last part in the editor, and when it’s resized to show everything except for RightFoot, the scroll bar disappears(it thinks it’s showing everything on screen). The animation editor doesn’t recognize Joint Properties is obscuring the final joint.
