Animation forcing arm to not move with torso

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   The arm to move with the torso as it turns up and down.

2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
   

   
   The arm stays pointing forward instead of moving with the torso.

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   I have tried to change the C0 and C1 orientation but for some reason it instead of working that way it just makes the arm rotate around no matter what axis I do it on.

All that my script has is a thing that plays the animation. The torso is moved on the client and updated on the server every .1 seconds.

I looked around and found that I am not the only one with this issue, I didn’t look like an idiot but its because I have Retargeting enabled in the workspace. Turn that off and it fixes it.
