Animation Glitch With Tool

Hello. All of my animations recently have been acting weird with tools. Everything works fine until you get to the arm of the tool and it does the exact opposite of what I made it do in the editor.
This is the animation in the animation editor with priority set to idle

The animation when the tool is used

I have tried everything I know. If you can help, that would be great. Thanks!

Wait I understood the animation wrong. Nevermind this

If you are using a handle maybe consider removing requires handle and weld the object to the plr?

Can you elaborate? What do you mean by consider removing requires handle? plr?

I think he means when the tool is equipped, just weld it to the player

I’ll see what I can. I don’t think that’s the problem but I’ll do it

Nothing changed. Still the same outcome as before

Interesting.
out of curiosity can I see the tools properties?
Is there someway I can reproduce this effect? Id like to try it out myself
I dunno what else could be the problem

maybe the tool idle is overriding the idle?

Perhaps. I haven’t tweaked the idle animation of the player yet. That might be the reason.
