Animation looks different in editor than in-game

I’ve uploaded an animation to the Roblox website. When I use it on a dummy, it seems very robotic and lifeless, and way different than the actual animation.

It looks like the EasingDirections are messed up.
I’ve tried:

  1. Anchoring the HumanoidRootPart.
  2. Setting all parts of the dummy to massless.
  3. Reuploading the animation.
  4. Setting animation priority to Action4.
  5. Looking on different posts about this issue.

I would appreciate help!

Strange solution, but I had to invert the EasingDirection (meaning In would change to Out) of every single keyframe and set the animation weight to 100.
