Animation loop is not seamless in-game. (Mesh deformation)

In the last period we have noticed some differences in the animations that are played by the plugin (Animation Editor) and the same animations that are played during the play testing in the studio.

We noticed this problem mainly in looped animations and specifically in mesh deformation animations.

We have this issue with all looped mesh deformation animations which ruin the whole animation looks.
Hope you can give us some details on why this is happening and if there is a way to prevent this.
